Cooperative Home Care is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an Adult patient in Brentwood Missouri for 12 hours per week for weekday Evening shifts. Private Duty Nursing allows nurses to form meaningful 1 on 1 patient relationships and offers you the ability to work a schedule that fits your life. While eliminating the chaos that comes with a hospital or facility environment.
Pay: $32.00 to $35.00 an hour
Sign on Bonus:
Earn sign-on bonuses just by picking up shifts! Work as little as one 8-hour shift per week to qualify, and the more hours you take on, the bigger your bonus gets!

Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
- Active CPR certification (We can provide a class if yours isn’t active!)
