⚠️ Mandatory Requirements

To join our team, you must meet these specific criteria:

• Allegheny County Plumbing License: Current Journeyman or Master status (Non-negotiable).
• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Critical Thinking: You can walk onto a job site, diagnose a complex issue, and solve it without needing a step-by-step guide.
• Physical Capability: Must be able to handle the physical workload of the trade, including lifting 50 lbs daily.

Pay & Benefits

• Master Plumber: $32 – $38 / hour
• Journeyman Plumber: $28 – $35 / hour
