Job Description

We are seeking a Document Imaging Production Specialist in Boyers, PA 16020 for a 2-month contract opportunity paying $17.71 per hour, with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. This role supports a high-volume document processing operation and involves scanning, quality verification, and indexing of documents to ensure accurate digital records. The position is primarily a seated role with consistent keyboard and computer use.

Work Schedule

Monday - Friday(03:00:PM - 11:30:PM)
Evening and 3rd shift may be required depending on assignment

Key Responsibilities

1. Scanning (Approx. 20% of role)

Move prepped cartons to scanning stations (one at a time).
Load documents into various types of scanners for processing.
Feed sheets either individually or in small batches depending on document type.
Ensure documents are returned to the box in the same order received.
May alternate between seated work and standing while feeding scanners.

2. Quality Assurance (Approx. 10% of role)

Review scanned documents to confirm accuracy and image quality.
Identify and correct scanning issues as needed.
Maintain strong attention to detail while performing verification tasks.

3. Release / Indexing (Approx. 10% of role)

Document and index files within the system.
Release scanned materials to the customer according to procedures.
Perform high-volume data entry with accuracy.

Essential Skills & Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanning equipment.
Comfortable with computers and high-volume data entry.
Ability to maintain high keystroke productivity.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
