Our practice is growing, and we are in search for another full-time hygienist to join our team at Park City Dental, in Park City, UT!
We are looking for an enthusiastic dental hygienist to join our growing patient-focused clinic. Our doctors and hygienists work together on diagnosing periodontal therapy and are up to date on current AAP guidelines. We enjoy having regular meetings together to calibrate and discuss the multiple ways to help our patients achieve excellent oral health, we offer great benefits including mileage reimbursement!
Day to day:
- Welcome and greet patients
- Conduct initial oral screenings
- Identify conditions such as periodontal diseases, gingivitis
- Performing the appropriate oral hygiene procedure for each patient
- Educating patients on oral hygiene
- Sterilize dental instruments
- Follow infection control standards
- Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
Required Skills/Abilities
- Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or similar role
- Outstanding communication skills
- Friendly personality
- Attention to Detail
- Ability to keep up with physical demands of the job
- Diploma in Dental Hygiene
- Valid license to practice
Education and Experience
- Licensed to practice Dental Hygiene
- X-ray certified
- Laser certified
- Basic knowledge of practice management software
