Pay: $125,000-$300,000 in Commission + Bonuses

Responsibilities of a Farmers Insurance Sales Agency Manager:
Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

Requirements
What makes a successful Farmers Insurance Sales Agency Manager?
Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
Must be coachable
Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
