This role places you in a vibrant, Level III trauma center renowned for its state-of-the-art operating suites and advanced robotic technology, including Exactech, Mako, Stealth, and DaVinci. Experience a variety of specializations from General, Ortho, and Neuro/Spine to Plastics, ENT, and Urology—perfect for expanding your clinical skillset and resume. As part of a multi-disciplinary surgical team, you’ll gain exposure to diverse workplace practices and leadership styles, helping you grow professionally and personally.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Four 10-hour shifts per week
  • Rotating call schedule

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience supporting cases in Ortho (including total joints), Neuro/Spine, Robotics, Urology, GYN, ENT, and Plastics
  • Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program
  • Current certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT
  • Active Colorado Certified Surgical Tech (CST) License with DORA (required)
  • Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association

Core Responsibilities:

  • Scrubbing and assisting in a range of surgical procedures
  • Ensuring all surgical instruments and technology are properly prepared and maintained
  • Collaborating closely with surgeons, nurses, and other OR team members for optimal patient care
  • Adhering to safety and infection control protocols
