We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Oakwood Village, Ohio. This is an onsite position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. As a Contract to permanent placement opportunity, this role offers the potential for long-term growth within the company while contributing to essential administrative and HR functions.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain employee files and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Screen potential new team members and assist in onboarding processes.
• Support office administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and maintaining organized workspaces.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create and update Excel spreadsheets and other documents.
• Provide assistance with HR-related tasks as needed.
• Answer inbound calls and professionally address inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate departments.
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operation
• Proven experience in administrative support roles or similar positions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Familiarity with HR functions and onboarding processes is preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
