We are seeking a nimble, solutions-driven Account/Project Manager to oversee and execute a variety of creative and marketing initiatives. This role involves managing project timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and final deliverables while ensuring collaboration and maintaining quality across teams and channels.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Define and deliver detailed project plans using Monday.com or similar tools.
- Media Trafficking: Coordinate and oversee the delivery of assets across various media platforms.
- Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, overseeing production projects.
- Account Support: Work client-facing to ensure the smooth execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough reviews of work to maintain high standards.
- Event Support: Manage logistics and deliverables for client-related events.
- Resource Planning: Collaborate to align available resources with project needs efficiently.
Projects You'll Manage:
Lead and oversee integrated marketing campaigns that encompass digital, social media, video production, print materials, email campaigns, and live or virtual events. A solution-oriented approach is critical to ensure the seamless delivery of these initiatives.
Team Structure:
Collaborate closely with account leads, creative teams, senior project managers, as well as external vendors and contractors to drive project success.
Day-to-Day Tasks Include:
- Creating and managing project plans via Monday.com.
- Ensuring timely asset trafficking across platforms and channels.
- Coordinating with vendors for production and media execution.
- Interfacing with clients and internal teams to align on project objectives.
Technical Requirements:
- Applications/Tools: Proficiency with Monday.com (or similar project management tools) and media trafficking systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other standard industry tools.
Qualifications:
- 3-4+ years of relevant project management experience, ideally within an agency setting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of integrated marketing campaigns, from planning to execution.
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com or equivalent systems.
- Familiarity with media specifications, print production processes, and coordinating with external vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
