The Opportunity
We are looking for a confident and clinically strong Nurse Practitioner with an interest in wellness-based and medical services, including IV therapy, hormone optimization, and recovery-focused care, who thrives in an innovative, team-oriented environment. Preferred: Experience in IV therapy, hormone optimization (TRT), wellness medicine, or pain-related care.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients receiving wellness and recovery-based medical services
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and follow-up visits
- Administer and oversee IV therapy protocols
- Support TRT and hormone optimization programs under physician guidance
- Order, review, and interpret labs and diagnostic testing related to wellness care
- Collaborate with our in-house team of physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and recovery specialists
- Educate patients on treatment plans, protocols, and long-term health strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and contribute clinical expertise
- Support the overall patient experience through empathy, communication, and clinical excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Jersey
- National Nurse Practitioner Certification (AANP or ANCC)
- 1+ years of outpatient or wellness-related clinical experience preferred
- Experience or strong interest in IV therapy, hormone optimization, or wellness medicine
- Excellent clinical judgment and patient communication skills
- Team-oriented, coachable, and passionate about growth and innovation
- Ability to thrive in a high-performance, collaborative environment
