Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, and engineering.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and operational positions.
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to evaluate candidate fit for a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and ensure compliance with all relevant hiring laws and company policies.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical manufacturing roles to support future growth and reduce time-to-fill.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience recruiting for diverse roles within a manufacturing environment (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific candidate requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing passive candidates for specialized manufacturing positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with manufacturing hiring managers.
Bonus Qualifications
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, or skilled trades terminology.
- Experience recruiting for roles within a unionized environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
