We are a small rehab company located out of Gonzales, LA. We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping older adults regain independence and improve their quality of life. Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled PT interventions to improve mobility
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, OT's, ST's, administration personnel
- Supervise PTA's/Provide supervision visits
- Document patient progress and treatment outcome
Ideal Candidate:
1. Current Louisiana Physical Therapist License in good standing
2. SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but new graduates with a passion for geriatrics are encouraged to apply
3. Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and time-management skills
4. Passion for helping residents maximize independence and quality of life
