INSPECTOR OPPORTUNITIES

Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year plus benefits

We’re seeking top inspectors across multiple disciplines to ensure quality, safety, and compliance in some of the most impactful projects in the region.

Perform detailed inspections of historic and modern architectural renovations. Ensure compliance with contracts, codes, and industry best practices.
You bring:

  • 10+ years in architectural, mechanical, structural or electrical inspection
  • Associate’s degree, trade school, or equivalent certification (waived with 10 years’ experience)
  • QCM & OSHA 30 certifications

MEP Inspector

Specialize in inspections across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for complex projects.
You bring:

  • 15+ years in MEP inspection
  • Advanced field knowledge of construction practices
  • QCM & OSHA 30 certifications

Elevator Inspector

Perform safety and code compliance inspections for elevator construction and modernization projects.
You bring:

  • 10+ years in elevator inspection
  • Elevator certification and e-Builder experience
  • QCM & OSHA 30 certifications
