INSPECTOR OPPORTUNITIES
Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year plus benefits

Perform detailed inspections of historic and modern architectural renovations. Ensure compliance with contracts, codes, and industry best practices.
You bring:
- 10+ years in architectural, mechanical, structural or electrical inspection
- Associate’s degree, trade school, or equivalent certification (waived with 10 years’ experience)
- QCM & OSHA 30 certifications

MEP Inspector
Specialize in inspections across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for complex projects.
You bring:
- 15+ years in MEP inspection
- Advanced field knowledge of construction practices
- QCM & OSHA 30 certifications
Elevator Inspector
Perform safety and code compliance inspections for elevator construction and modernization projects.
You bring:
- 10+ years in elevator inspection
- Elevator certification and e-Builder experience
- QCM & OSHA 30 certifications
