Job DescriptionKey responsibilities
- Order fulfillment: Pick items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders and electronic scanners.
- Quality control: Inspect products for damage or defects before packing.
- Packing: Securely pack items into boxes, using appropriate packing materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling and documentation: Label packages correctly and fill out required shipping documents.
- Inventory management: Assist with restocking shelves, counting and recording stock levels, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse operations: Load and unload materials, clean work areas, and operate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
- Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents.
- Productivity: Meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
