- $28–$32/hr based on experience
- Shifts vary within business hours
- Overtime available
- Expect 50 hours during peak seasons
- During slower periods, optional farm work is available to help with hours

DOES THIS SERVICE AND INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN JOB SOUND LIKE YOU?
- 5+ years of HVAC repair/install experience
- Driver's license
- Your own tools
- Confidence in diagnosing and repairing without repeat visits
Preferred:
- Comfortable texting & using basic tech
- Can handle jobs solo
- Willing to stay late if a job requires it
- Flexible schedule; occasional Saturdays during peak season
This is hands-on, straightforward work as a Service and Installation Technician:
- Residential & light commercial repairs
- Equipment replacements
- Offering system estimates when needed
- Keeping your van clean and inventoried
- Getting repairs right on the first call
This isn't a high-pressure sales role. Repair is the priority; sales only when needed.
