We are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in staffing and outside sales.
This is a high-impact role focused on generating new business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and daily in-person client visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Drive sales growth by presenting staffing solutions tailored to client needs
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure successful placements
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of staffing industry sales experience (highly preferred)
- Proven track record in outside sales/business development
- Strong “hunter” mentality with the ability to generate new business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and competitive mindset
