Job Title: Case Crate Builder (Skilled Carpenter)

Compensation & Schedule:

· Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

· Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

· Overtime: Available based on workload

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team as a Case Crate Builder. This position requires hands-on expertise in building custom wooden crates, cases, and frames from start to finish without supervision or training. Candidates must be confident in their craftsmanship and capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Construct custom-sized wooden crates, cases, and frames based on specifications

· Accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood materials to required dimensions

· Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently

· Use pneumatic tools, including nail guns, with a high level of proficiency

· Ensure all builds meet quality and durability standards

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (including sweeping sawdust and organizing materials)

· Perform routine maintenance on tools, air compressors, and hoses

Required Skills & Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years of hands-on carpentry experience required

· Proven experience building wood structures such as crates, frames, or similar

· Proficiency with:

o Nail guns and pneumatic tools

o Table saws and circular saws

· Ability to independently build crates and structures without training

· Strong measuring and cutting skills with attention to detail

· Experience maintaining tools and workshop equipment

· Ability to work efficiently in a production environment

Important Note:
This is a skilled carpentry position. Candidates must have direct, hands-on experience building wood structures. Experience limited to retail environments (such as hardware or home improvement stores) will not be considered sufficient.
