· Expense Management: Monitor, document, and categorize expenditures in accordance with established protocols.
· Payroll Administration: Accurately process payroll, including wage calculations, deductions, and timely distribution of payments.
· Budget Assistance: Support budget development and management, including financial forecasting.
· Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports for executive review and decision-making.
· Office Oversight: Supervise daily office operations to maintain organizational efficiency.
· Inventory Management: Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
· Facility Coordination: Liaise with vendors to arrange maintenance and repair services.
· Purchase Orders: Issue purchase orders to approved vendors and track fulfillment.
