Certification Details
• BLS
• RN Massachusetts State License

Job Details
• 12 Hour Nights shift
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Skilled in caring for critically ill patients requiring mechanical ventilation, titration of vasoactive and sedative medications, care of central lines and arterial lines, complex wound and drain management
• Use of EPIC for documentation

• Minimum 2 years ICU experience

Schedule Information
• 12 Hour Nights shift

Unit Specific Information
• Unit: Ellison 4 SICU Night Shift

Additional Details
• AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military BLS accepted; specific hospital preferences for BLS certification
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date
• N95 fit test required within 365 days to start date and updated annually
• MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing within 365 days required
• Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30) with no exemptions
• Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of start date required
• Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date required
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date required
• MGB Massachusetts CORI background check required
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required
• 2 recent references required, minimum 1 supervisor or above
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
• MGB Education Verification required
• MGB SSN Trace required
• MGB National Sex Offender Check required
• MGB Exclusion Checks required
• MGB TB Symptom Survey if positive PPD optional
• MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission
