Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Account Executive to grow and manage B2B accounts within the physical security industry.
This role is focused on developing relationships with:
- Security installers
- Systems integrators
- Low-voltage contractors
- IT service providers
- Commercial security dealers
The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing both inbound opportunities and outbound business development.
Industry experience is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with strong sales ability, technical curiosity, and the right attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners
- Generate new business through outbound calls, email outreach, and follow-up
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide solution-based recommendations
- Build and maintain customer accounts within CRM systems
- Prepare quotes and assist customers with product selection
- Work closely with technical support and operations teams to ensure strong customer experience
- Educate customers on AIBASE technologies and solutions
- Attend trade shows, training events, webinars, and customer meetings when required
- Consistently work toward sales growth and account development goals

- Security, CCTV, networking, access control, or low-voltage industry experience
- Experience working with installers, integrators, or contractors
- Understanding of IP networking and surveillance systems
- Experience with quoting, account management, or inside sales
