Virginia Pediatric Group, a premier provider of family-centered pediatric care since 1982, is seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Billing and Coding Specialist to join our professional team. Based in our Fairfax office, this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced specialist with a passion for accuracy and patient support to contribute to a practice that has served Northern Virginia for over 40 years.

Full-time position with some Saturday shifts. (Monday-Friday: 7:30 AM TO 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM)

Duties

• Reception and Patient Interaction
• Appointment Scheduling
• Administrative Duties
• Customer Service
• Creation of a friendly and calm environment for both the children and the parents

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, additional training in medical office administration is preferred
• Previous experience in a pediatric office is preferred
• Familiarity with EMR and scheduling software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain calm

Full time and In-Person with the ability to reliably commute to Fairfax, VA

Salary: Based on Experience $18-$22 hourly
