Job Description
Clinical Training & Support
- Train nurses and caregivers on device usage, maintenance, and data interpretation
- Provide on-site and remote support for device and system issues
- Coordinate telehealth assessments with Nurse Practitioners
- Support basic patient reviews and ensure protocol compliance
Technical Support & Installation
- Troubleshoot device malfunctions and connectivity issues
- Escalate complex cases to technical teams
- Install, calibrate, and test RPM devices at healthcare facilities
- Ensure firmware updates and optimal device performance
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and infection control standards
- Document installations, repairs, and service activities
- Report recurring issues to engineering and product teams
Inventory & Coordination
- Manage device inventory, deployments, and replacements
- Collaborate with clinical, technical, product, and logistics teams
- Provide field feedback and escalate customer concerns
Certifications
- CNA, Paramedic, or Medical Assistant (MA) – at least one required
- Valid driver’s license with frequent travel
Experience
- 2–3 years in clinical coordination, medical device installation, or healthcare technology support
- Experience in healthcare settings preferred
Skills
- Strong clinical and technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and training ability
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
