A dedicated candidate is sought for a full-time position focused on providing exceptional communication support to preschool students. This role is set in a nurturing educational environment in Cranston, RI, for the upcoming school year, running from August 27, 2025, to June 17, 2026.
Location: Cranston, RI
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students needs and develop tailored IEPs.
- Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes.
- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions to promote effective communication skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Current and valid Rhode Island SLP License.
- Experience working with preschool children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators and specialists.
