Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Lakeville, MN, serving an elementary school caseload. This is a full-time, on-site role providing direct and consultative speech-language services to young learners in a supportive school environment.

Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to applysupervision can be provided.

Schedule

  • Full-Time

  • 37.5 hours per week

  • School-day schedule

Compensation

  • $45$55 per hour

  • Pay is negotiable based on experience

Caseload

  • Elementary school students

  • School-based speech and language needs

  • Caseload size aligned with district guidelines

Support & Resources

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students

  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Participate in IEP meetings and school-based planning

  • Maintain compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines

Qualifications

  • Active California SLP License

  • Active California SLP Teaching Credential

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered (supervision provided)
