Job Title: Production Operator I (Entry-Level)
Location: Buffalo Grove, IL
Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:15 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our production team as a Production Operator I. This entry-level position will primarily support our Receiving/Decontamination area and the Fleet line, enabling internal team transitions and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks in the Receiving/Decontamination area, including handling incoming materials and preparing them for processing.
- Operate on the Fleet production line, assisting with assembly, packaging, or other production-related duties.
- Alternate between sitting and standing throughout the shift.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and twisting.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, similar to warehouse operations.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical movement throughout the day.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
