Salary: $30.34/Hour - Salary is Negotiable (Employees will receive 5% below the negotiated pay rate during their probationary status.)
Responsible To: Director of Nursing
Summary: This position will supervise nursing staff and ensure the highest quality of nursing care is provided to all Anna John Resident Centered Care Community residents. Ensures Nursing Department operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Continuation of this position is contingent upon funding allocations.
Minimum Qualifications: Applicants please clearly state how you meet these qualifications on the application/resume.
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- One (1) year of work experience as a professional nurse.
- Must be currently licensed in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse.

- Must provide a copy of diploma, license, degree or certification upon employment.
- Employees are required to have proof of seasonal influenza vaccination; medical or religious exemption may be requested upon hire.
- Background information disclosure (BID) form
- Three (3) current letters of references.
