The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Greeting clients, answering telephones, receiving and answering e-mails, handle incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, faxing, copying, filing, opening new client files, prepare correspondence and maintaining an accurate calendar.
The qualifications for the job are the following:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Word Perfect and Excel.
Additionally, the person must be organized, self-motivated, attentive to detail and have the ability to take direction and work independently. Lastly, the individual must be committed to excellence, hard work and the drive to succeed.
