Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We're seeking passionate professionals to fill three full-time Special Education roles focused on Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) for the 2026/2027 school year, beginning August 13 and continuing through the end of the school year. This is an excellent contract opportunity for someone excited to support and teach students in their early developmental years.

As an ECSE Special Education Teacher, you will:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold an active California Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) teaching credential (required).
  • Demonstrate expertise working with or a genuine interest in early childhood special education students.
  • Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs), specialized instructional strategies, and classroom management techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized instruction for preschool-aged students with diverse learning needs.
  • Develop and update IEPs in collaboration with families and educational teams.
  • Foster an engaging, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate regularly with speech, occupational, and physical therapists, as well as general educators.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing reports to administration and parents.
  • Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives as needed.
