Qualifications:
- Active Special Education Teaching License in Washington
- Valid ESA Certificate
- Experience working with high school aged students preferred
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction in a self-contained classroom for high school students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and families
- Maintain accurate student records and track progress
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP meetings
