Our private practice in Hobe Sound, FL takes pride in providing our patients with exceptional dental care in a comfortable, patient-focused environment. We're currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate full-time Dental Assistant to support our clinical team and help create a positive experience for our patients.
Ideal Candidate:
- EFDA certification preferred (but not required)
- Experience with implants, endo, and/or Invisalign is a plus
- Proactive, adaptable, and patient-focused
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-doctor setting
- Eager to learn and open to growth
- Proficient in using dental practice management software, Eaglesoft, is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take proper digital dental X-rays
- Record patient medical and dental histories
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Ensure patients are comfortable before, during, and after treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with treatment plan entry, presentation and scheduling as needed
- Comply with all HIPAA and OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant Certification (Required)
- X-ray Certification (Required in Florida)
- CPR Certification (Preferred, bi-annual renewal provided at office)
- Previous experience as a dental assistant (Required)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
