Job Description:
Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
- Support initiatives across credit, debit, and prepaid card products.
- Support tokenization and digital wallet integrations.
- Support authorization, clearing, and settlement processes.
- Support fraud monitoring and controls.
- Support chargebacks and dispute management.
- Support rewards, loyalty, and promotions.
- Collaborate with card processors.
- Act as a liaison between business, product, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT planning, and defect triage.
- Support vendor and network engagements.
- Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Execute and support user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
- Support production releases, post-implementation validation, and issue resolution.
- Analyze transaction data, metrics, and trends to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with data teams on dashboards, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience in cards and payments domain.
- Knowledge of ISO message standards.
- Knowledge of authorization and settlement flows.
- Understanding of interchange fees and network rules.
- Knowledge of fraud and dispute lifecycle.
- Experience working with card network rules and mandates.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project activities.
- Develop and execute test strategies and scenarios.
- Support testing, release, and post-implementation activities.
- Analyze and report on transaction data and trends.
Skills:
- Expertise in requirements elicitation techniques.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile tools.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with APIs, message flows, and data mappings.
- SQL or data analysis experience preferred.
- Understanding of digital payments and mobile wallets.
Qualification And Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
