We’re hiring a Opportunity Conversion Specialist to drive inbound lead response, outbound campaign execution, technician dispatch, and scheduling optimization — with urgency, ownership, and results.
What You’ll Own
This is not a “sit and wait” admin role — it’s a high-urgency, high-impact growth role where you’ll:
- Respond to inbound leads immediately and book appointments same-day
- Make outbound calls daily to convert open estimates, re-engage old customers, and recover missed opportunities
- Place orders for job materials to keep jobs moving fast and on budget
- Own and optimize technician dispatch schedules for performance, fairness, and ROI
- Route jobs based on technician skill and KPI profile, not randomness
- Execute coupon campaigns, abandoned call recovery, and missed estimate follow-up
- Support Operations Manager to drive measurable growth

⚙️ Bonus Skills (Not Required but Strong Plus)
- Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or customer generation (home services ideal: garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
- Experience placing orders and managing install/job coordination
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRMs
- Strong outbound calling experience
- Excel/Google Sheets comfort
