This is an in-person role (not remote) where youll engage with warm inbound leads, helping clients find coverage that truly fits their needs no cold calling, no pressure selling, just meaningful conversations and consistent support.
About the Role
As a Life Insurance Agent at Fidelity Coverage, youll play a key role in helping families protect what matters most. Youll work in a structured, collaborative environment, supported by leadership thats hands-on, approachable, and deeply committed to your development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients on life insurance products with care and professionalism
- Engage with inbound callers and provide guidance through the coverage process
- Build trust through transparent communication and dependable follow-through
- Support team performance by maintaining ethics and meeting goals
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills

Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-14 Life or 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License
- Applicants pursuing their license are encouraged to apply; proof of completion is required before starting
- Prior life, health insurance, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, listening, and client service skills
- Dependable, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, inbound call center environment
- Reliable transportation to the West Palm Beach office
