  • Traffic Control Flaggers / Traffic Control Technicians
  • Construction Laborers or Crew Members
  • Utility Locators, Public Works Employees, Road Maintenance Workers
  • Anyone with outdoor work experience who is reliable, focused, and motivated

  • Don’t follow instructions or ignore safety rules
  • Are looking for indoor or desk-based jobs

Compensation:

$49,920 - $66,560 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect sewer cross bores to prevent disasters like gas explosions.
  • Train in Traffic Control, Push Camera Lateral Locating & CCTV Mainline Sewer Inspection.
  • Follow structured processes to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Problem-solve and work with the latest technology in the industry.
  • Travel to various job sites throughout the state (travel required 75% of the time).
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Knowledge of basic engineering and construction laborer methods is preferred, but we will provide training
  • Must be able to take direction, work well independently and as part of a team for efficiency and productivity
  • Our crew members must be physically able to do the work with reliable hand-eye coordination and balance
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods, and working 10-hour shifts
  • Must be focused, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
  • Must pass a drug screen and adhere to all safety policies
  • Flagger or Traffic Control certification a plus – If you don’t have one, we’ll help you get it
