Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day Shift)
Setting: Outpatient

Position Summary

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Talent Acquisition to lead and advance organizational DEI and recruitment initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative DEIB strategies, strengthening inclusive hiring practices, and building a diverse and engaged workforce.

The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with hands-on recruiting experience who thrives in fostering inclusive environments and driving meaningful organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and chair the DEI & Belonging Committee, driving initiatives and organizational impact

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive DEIB strategies and programs

• Partner with HR leadership to align DEI initiatives with overall talent strategy

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment and ensure timely hiring across all roles

• Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms

• Collaborate with hiring managers to promote inclusive hiring practices

• Develop creative sourcing strategies including social media, community outreach, and events

• Build and expand internship and volunteer programs

• Track, analyze, and report on DEI and recruitment metrics

• Promote a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging across the organization

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in DEI initiatives and/or targeted recruitment

• Experience participating in or leading diversity-focused programs preferred

• Strong understanding of DEI principles, frameworks, and best practices

• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment channels and strategies

• Proficiency with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems

Work Environment & Additional Information

• Day shift schedule with no on-call or weekend requirements

• Full-time position
