Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Step into a rewarding contract position supporting K-12 students as a school psychologist for the upcoming academic year. With on-site opportunities available starting August 3, 2026, and extending through June 7, 2027, you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment. Flexible schedules are available, with hours from either 8:50 am–3:30 pm or 7:30 am–2:20 pm, totaling 35 hours per week across district locations.
Key Qualifications:
- Current certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultative skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability to diverse student needs and school environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, and emotional concerns
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Provide crisis intervention and support for students as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to design effective interventions and promote student success
- Participate in meetings and facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure students receive appropriate services
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
