Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Mitigation Lead Water Technician will be responsible to execute all mitigation functions required by the IICRC industry standards. Expectations will include integrity of follow-through with all project needs and customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

─ Follow the company H.E.A.R.T. values

─ Understand and follow safety expectations in the department

─ Inspections conducted to establish scope of work

─ Communicate scope and expectations to customers and all stakeholders

─ Execute the following: Water Mitigation, Fire Mitigation, Mold Remediation, -- Contents Services and Biohazard/Trauma Scene Clean-up

─ Carryout tasks delegated from the Director of Mitigation

─ Train and delegate job tasks to technicians as needed

─ Report job details to applicable Production Manager and rest of our team as needed.

─ Properly complete project documentation to allow for efficient estimating and invoicing

─ Maintain a professional appearance

─ Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

2+ Years of Experience in Mitigation Preferred
IICRC - Certification Required
Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
Ability to Pass a Criminal Background Check
Average Handle of Soft Skills
Proficiency of Industry Technologies, i.e. MICA, Dash, ect. Preferred
Ability to Routinely Lift 50+ lbs.
Mandatory Shift in Weekly Rotating On-Call
