This role requires full-time onsite presence.
Openings are available across both first and second shifts. Applicants should be flexible to work either shift, as final assignment will be determined at the time of hiring.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field such as engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution.
- At least 12 years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent mix of technical education and hands-on work experience.
This position focuses on enterprise-wide manufacturing strategy, process design, and driving organizational impact, rather than concentrating on a single subsystem. The selected candidate will spearhead cross-functional efforts to enhance production efficiency, lower costs, elevate quality standards, and support scalable manufacturing for advanced aerospace systems.
