You’ll work closely with your Superintendent to accomplish daily project goals. In this industry, communication is everything — listening carefully, speaking clearly, and writing accurately all matter.

Most days, you’ll be working “on top of the world.” The views are priceless — but you must be able to climb ladders and work confidently at heights to get there. This position requires physical strength, stamina, and the ability to perform assigned tasks with precision and consistency.

Who Is This Position For?

Sheet Metal Workers — a cut above the rest.

What You’ll Need

• Willingness to learn — we will train the right person
• Basic knowledge of OSHA and safety guidelines (or willingness to learn)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites and/or shop
• Ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs
• Comfort working at heights
• Reliability and the ability to work outdoors in various climates
• No fear of heights
