We’re hiring a Promotional Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in Pleasanton. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and excited to launch a career in marketing, fundraising, and brand promotion.
What You’ll Do

Assist in planning and running promotional fundraising events for nonprofit partners

Set up, maintain, and manage event displays and branded materials

Represent client brands with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm

Engage with community members to raise awareness and encourage donations

Build and maintain relationships with vendors, local businesses, and partners

Support internal teams with marketing collateral, campaign execution, and reporting
What We’re Looking For

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus (not required)

1–2 years of experience in promotions, customer service, retail, or sales (internships count!)

Strong communication and people skills
