We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our high-volume clinical team. This role is essential to ensuring smooth clinic operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll be part of a large department supporting multiple clinics, with a staff of over 50 and approximately 150 patients seen daily.
Job Title: Medical Office Assistant
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Start Time Between 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinic Flow Management:
- Ensure efficient patient movement and clinic flow before rooming patients.
- Administrative Support:
- Schedule appointments and process referrals
- Follow up on clinical notes and documentation
- Enter and update patient information in Aria, including:
- Doctor notes
- Demographics
- Insurance details
- screening responses
- Patient Experience:
- Serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
Work Environment:
- Dynamic office setting with flexibility to work at the front desk or in the back office
- Movement throughout the clinic during the shift is expected
- Collaborative team environment with high patient volume
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (experience with Aria is a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and professional patient care

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
