About Us

We are searching for dedicated medical professionals—LPNs, Paramedics, and RNs—who are ready to make a difference. As an Industrial Medical Provider, you will play an essential role in promoting health and safety in this on-site position, positively impacting the lives of many.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 5 AM–1:30 PM
Location: York, PA

Work Environment

Step into the dynamic world of occupational health at a large manufacturing facility. You will play a key role in safeguarding the well-being of industrial athletes, empowering them to meet their goals while maintaining their health. This position requires wearing essential safety gear and embracing the challenges of a hands-on healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Current certification or licensure in your state
  • CPR and First Aid certification
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in industrial healthcare
  • Skilled in administering immunizations
  • Familiarity with workplace safety, health protocols, and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
  • Regular pinching, grasping, and gripping
  • Reaching from floor to overhead
  • Stooping and forward bending
  • Occasional keyboard/computer work
  • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. occasionally

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the clinic
  • Conducting physicals for new hires
  • Delivering wellness education and administering vaccines
  • Supporting employees' return-to-work processes, including UDS and BAT testing
  • Performing charting, inventory management, and interdepartmental communication
