As an Industrial Medical Provider, you will play an essential role in promoting health and safety in this on-site position, positively impacting the lives of many.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 5 AM–1:30 PM
Location: York, PA
Work Environment

You will play a key role in safeguarding the well-being of industrial athletes, empowering them to meet their goals while maintaining their health. Required Qualifications
- Current certification or licensure in your state
- CPR and First Aid certification
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial healthcare
- Skilled in administering immunizations
- Familiarity with workplace safety, health protocols, and OSHA regulations
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
- Regular pinching, grasping, and gripping
- Reaching from floor to overhead
- Stooping and forward bending
- Occasional keyboard/computer work
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. occasionally
Key Responsibilities
- Providing medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the clinic
- Conducting physicals for new hires
- Delivering wellness education and administering vaccines
- Supporting employees' return-to-work processes, including UDS and BAT testing
- Performing charting, inventory management, and interdepartmental communication
