Personal Assistant to Senior Executive – Family Office
Location: Santa Monica
Compensation: Up to $150,000
A premier family office within the financial services space is seeking a discreet and highly capable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive professional and personal support to a senior executive. This is a dynamic, hands-on role suited for a trusted partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings exceptional organization, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the executive
- Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar, including business meetings, travel coordination, and personal appointments
- Act as a primary point of contact between the executive, family members, office staff, and household personnel
- Handle personal and household errands as needed
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate household staff schedules and oversee vendor relationships to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive or principal; family office, finance, or real estate experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technologically proficient, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
