Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide medication management while monitoring patient progress and adjusting care as needed.
• Collaborate with supervising psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and wellness strategies to support lasting outcomes.
Requirements
• Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with Child/Adolescent psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).
• Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee.
• TN DEA required or the ability to obtain.

Salary Description
$125,000+ annually BOE, plus bonus structure
