Job Summary
Client is seeking a Data Collection Administrative Staff member to support the Sex and Violent Offender Registration and Victim Services Division. The selected candidate will research, collect, review, and enter criminal justice-related information into state systems while working closely with law enforcement agencies and court personnel.
Responsibilities
• Research and collect court and criminal justice documents.
• Review, analyze, and interpret legal and court records.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in web portals and databases.
• Communicate with local and state law enforcement agencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist with administrative and data-related tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree (required).
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience researching legal, court, or criminal justice records.
• Familiarity with criminal history records and court documents.
• Knowledge of criminal justice processes and legal terminology.
• Experience working with data collection and data entry.
