Innovative Roofing is hiring a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Set and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Run regular sales meetings, ride-alongs, and 1-on-1 coaching sessions
- Work closely with the canvassing team to turn leads into closed jobs
- Monitor performance metrics and pipeline health
- Help the team close bigger deals and deliver excellent customer service
- Build a high-performing sales culture focused on results and growth
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales management experience (roofing or home improvement preferred)
- Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams
- Strong coaching and leadership skills
- Experience with roofing sales cycles, insurance claims, and in-home presentations
- Comfortable working in the field with the team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
