Job DescriptionNOW HIRING: Experienced Production Line Operator – Coil Coating Line
Location: Valencia, PA
Pay: $21/hour
Commercial Employees is partnering with a leading coil finishing operation to hire experienced Production Line Operators for a 24/7 steel processing facility. This is a high-performance environment — we are seeking candidates who can step in, contribute immediately, and operate with precision and reliability.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and stage raw steel coils for production runs
- Verify materials against production orders and schedules
- Connect coils through a stitching process for continuous production
- Inspect finished and in-process materials for defects (scratches, dents, marks)
- Package finished coils to customer specifications (paper, cardboard, shrink wrap)
- Safely move and stack materials (forklift experience a plus)
- Maintain accurate inventory and material tracking
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Schedule & Pay Structure:
- 24/7 Operation – must be flexible
- Initial training on daylight shift
- Transition to 12-hour rotating shifts (Days or Nights)
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 YEARS of manufacturing experience (REQUIRED)
- CLEAN BACKGROUND – NO FELONIES
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced industrial setting
- Ability to lift, bend, and handle heavy materials
- Basic math, measurement, and reading skills required
