Kliemann Brothers Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for a driven, customer-focused Home Solutions Advisor to join our growing, family-owned team serving the South Sound for over 25 years.

What You'll Do
As a Home Solutions Advisor, you'll meet with homeowners to assess their needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Run company-provided leads in customers' homes
- Educate homeowners on system options and solutions
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Close sales and consistently hit performance targets
- Deliver a high-level customer experience from start to finish
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission: 8% (Uncapped Earnings)
- Earning Potential: $100,000 - $400,000+ annually

What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- 2+ years of proven success in sales (in-home sales preferred)
- Consistent closing ratio of 50%+
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and competitive mindset
- HVAC experience is a plus-but not required
