Position Overview

The GI / Endoscopy Technician will support advanced gastrointestinal and pulmonary procedures in a busy Endoscopy Lab. The role requires recent, hands-on experience with bronchoscopy and advanced endoscopic procedures, including robotic pulmonary cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during advanced GI and bronchoscopy procedures

• Support robotic pulmonary procedures

• Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and instruments

• Maintain sterile field and follow infection control standards

• Assist with endoscope handling, setup, and reprocessing

• Troubleshoot endoscopy equipment as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and anesthesia teams

• Participate in call rotation and late stays per department needs

Required Experience

• Recent experience REQUIRED in:

  • Bronchoscopy

  • Robotic pulmonary procedures

  • Advanced Endoscopy: ERCP, EUS, EMR, ESD

• Must be able to scrub independently in a fast-paced environment
