What Youll Do:
Collaborate with the buying and sales teams to curate collections that excite our clients
Monitor and manage inventory levels across departments, categories and store locations
Forecast trends and support buying decisions based on data and sales movement
Organize and execute product launches and visual merchandising plans
Track vendor performance and ensure timely product deliveries
Support sales goals through thoughtful stock optimization
What Were Looking For:
Experience in merchandising, inventory planning, or buying (jewelry, fashion, luxury goods, or accessories preferred)
A mix of creativity and analytical skillsyou can read reports and read a room
Excellent organizational chops with great attention to detail
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Comfort with retail systems and basic Excel or reporting tools
A love of beautiful things and the stories they tell
