Team Supervisor – Water Mitigation

Reports To: Mitigation Manager

Position Overview
The Team Supervisor – Water Mitigation leads a crew of technicians performing water damage restoration and mitigation services. This position ensures job progress, compliance with IICRC and OSHA standards, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on mitigation experience and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise water mitigation technicians on residential and commercial job sites.
- Execute water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, demolition, and restoration prep tasks.
- Ensure compliance with IICRC, OSHA, and company standards.
- Manage daily job site activities, equipment setup, moisture monitoring, and documentation.
- Maintain records in DASH, Xactware, MICA/Mitigate, and DocuSketch.
- Coach technicians to improve skills, safety, and productivity.
- Communicate with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams regarding project scope and progress.
- Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency response.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in water mitigation/restoration, including supervisory or lead experience.
- Certification: IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) required.
- Preferred: Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $21–$26 (based on experience)
- Commission: 0.5% on jobs sold
